I know it&#8217;s bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5&#8217;4 and 115 pounds. I know it&#8217;s not over weight but it&#8217;s a little pudgy and the place I work at requires me to be very thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the weight loss will start to become noticeable? So I don&#8217;t feel so bad?</p>

<p><i>Answer by carter</i><br/>You should eat more calories and just try exercising/ running. It should be easy to loose a few lbs with just a little exersice a day. When you dont eat enough your metabolism does not kick in which in turn you will not loose weight.</p>

<p>Looking for the quickest way to lose weight? Well, many people have found that the quickest and easiest way is to combine a healthy diet and daily exercise. The combination is the easy and fast weight loss, without jeopardizing health conditions make this method a virtual no-brainer. The hardest part will be learning to change a lifestyle so that this weight loss becomes permanent.A good rule of thumb to losing weight is to burn at least 3500 calories a week, eat a good balanced diet and exercise regularly. <p><i>Answer by Kevin</i><br/>They don&#8217;t. Most just boost up the levels of caffeine in your body so that your metabolism is higher. The same effect can be done by drinking a couple cups of coffee.</p>
<p>They are normally safe, but are not monitored well by the FDA and if you have any heart problems they can have serious effects.</p>

<p>A weight loss diet menu which is able to make you lose weight shall have lots of protein, fruits, vegetable and shall have the least amount of sugar (or none at all), carbohydrates and fat. <p>1. Make sure that each and every one of the foods in the diet menu are natural and are high in nutritional value. </p>
<p>2. Know the amount of calorie in the foods. To maintain your weight, lose your weight and gain your weight requires a certain amount of calorie intake into the body. For a female to lose her weight, she should reduce her calorie intake to approximately 1500 calories per day. For a man to lose his weight, he should reduce his calorie intake to approximately 2000 calories per day. However this is not quite scientific and not that effective way to determine how much calories you should consume daily to lose weight. A far better way is to analyze your individual precise calorie needs to establish the amount of calories you must have daily to lose your weight.</p>
<p>The weight loss diet menu that you make must be effective, reasonably priced and something that will not be sabotaged by your family. A great way to make sure of this is to make the diet menu a healthy menu for your entire family. It is imperative not to notify your family that you are preparing a diet. Just say it is a healthy diet and stress the impact of healthy diet to their life. </p>

I&#8217;m looking to loose some major weight, and I&#8217;ve always heard the + and &#8211; about weight loss supplements. Now, however, I&#8217;m at the point where I&#8217;ve decided the pros outweigh the cons and I&#8217;m ready to give it a try. So back to my original question, what are the best or most effective weight loss pills?</p>

<p><i>Answer by Luna.</i><br/>Well my mom, she&#8217;s 32, she had me when she was 15 and she always struggled with her weight but for 14 years, she has lost weight cause she has this diet .. It really works Though cause I lose three pounds a week when I increase, avoid sugary and junk food.. And drink a lot if water. .. Eat a good breakfast such as toast eggs juice and try to eat five times a day but in small porportions.. Don&#8217;t eat with your eyes.. Avoid going to the supermarket hungry because you&#8217;ll crave things and buy it and regurly try to do excercise .. Even if it mean taking a small walk around your block.. Eat fiber as well:)</p>
