Soya Flaxseed Smoothie: To make this super yummy and nutritious smoothie, you need a cup of soya milk, half a cup of water, half of ripe papaya, a tablespoon of flaxseed oil, a tablespoon of brewer’s yeast, a teaspoon of psyllium husks, a teaspoon of soy lecithin granules, a teaspoon of vitamin C and a teaspoon of spirulina. You mix all of the ingredients in a blender and take it during breakfast but can also be taken during snacks. This is one of the best smoothies for weight loss.
