By making a menu plan for weight loss,   the person can be able to watch what he is eating and how much calories are there. This is really helpful to people who are on a strict diet because of aiming to lose weight.

These days, there are many weight loss and diet programs that you can find. Most of these diet programs are expensive. But, you do not have to enroll on those programs and pay for it because you can do your own weight loss menu plan. Below is an example of a weight loss menu plan that you can do for 5 days:

On the first day of your diet, supposing it is Monday, for breakfast you get yourself a split of toasted English muffin sprinkled with a fourth cup of cheese and half of a grapefruit with brown sugar. For lunch you get yourself a slice of raisin bread with one and a half of peanut butter added with half sliced banana with a teaspoon of money. You can get a cup of fat-free milk.  For your dinner, your get yourself a spicy chicken ole and an avocado salad with lettuce leaves, onion, ripe avocado, and tangerine. This is your first day weight loss menu. On the next day, which is Tuesday, for breakfast you can get yourself a cup and ¼ of flakes cereal added with banana and a cup of fat-free milk. For lunch you can get a spinach salad. For dinner you can get herb-roasted skinless chicken. This is your weight loss menu for the second day of your diet. For Wednesday, you can get half a cup of strawberries, a slice of toasted whole wheat bread, black coffee and half a cup of plain low fat yogurt. For your lunch you can get an open-faced sandwich (1oz low fat cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 slice tomato, and 2oz of lean meat), tea or black coffee. For your dinner, you can get a cup of pasta with herbs, carrot raisin salad and water. This weight loss menu for the third day is very delicious and healthy. On the fourth day, which is Thursday, you can get a cup of fresh berries, a cup of plain low yogurt and a slice of English muffin and a cup of tea for breakfast. For your lunch you can get a cup of cottage cheese, bran of muffin, a glass of skim milk, tea or black coffee. For your dinner you can get 4oz of broiled tuna, half a cup of steamed lettuce and carrots, a cup of low fat yogurt and a glass of milk. This your your weight loss menu for your fourth day. For the last day, 2 scrambled eggs rolled in corn tortilla, fresh fruit salad and tomato salsa. For your lunch you can get 4 oz of steam peeled shrimp, tropical fruit salad consist of mango, pineapple and papaya and three-bean salad. For your dinner you can get a 6oz spiced salmon with zucchini, grape tomatoes, olive oil and garlic and roasted. This is your weight loss menu plan for 5 days.

Now that you have a weight loss menu plan for 5 days, you can now start dieting and losing weight.
