Question by : Will walking help weight loss?
I used to walk a lot and then I went through a period of stress and anxiety so I now sit at home all day doing nothing.I’ve gained one and a half stone.would walking help me to lose the weight and if so how long would I need to walk for to be successful, like an hour maybe?
